Meet Sophie Pank

Hi! I’m Sophie, the founder Front of Mind Marketing Services.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve built an exciting marketing career inside some of the worlds most recognisable and respected brands.

There is so much knowledge that gets trapped inside these large organisations and I’ve always wanted to take that goodness and share it with scaling businesses that are on the cusp of greatness.

I started my career working in large established financial services organisations, but most recently I’ve had the opportunity to work inside two hugely successful, high growth tech businesses. I have loved witnessing the impact a killer marketing strategy can have on the success of a business.

That’s why I started Front of Mind. To share my experience and knowledge that is sitting trapped inside these big organisations (and in my head) and distribute it. I’m excited to share this knowledge with you and help make your business Front of Mind for the market you want to win.

Outside of developing and implementing winning marketing strategies, I’m a mum of two young boys, a pretty good wife and an average cook. When I’m not at work I throw my energy into my family and renovating our little home on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

My corporate experience

I’ve built my marketing career inside some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Xero, Commonwealth Bank, Deputy, American Express and Morgan Stanely.

With over 15 years of experience – including more than 8 years in the technology and SaaS sector – I’ve spent the past 2.5 years partnering with scaling tech businesses as their fractional CMO, helping to build and grow their brands and product offerings.

My marketing expertise spans the full marketing funnel: from brand and product positioning, visual identity and storytelling, through to content, customer acquisition (both paid and organic, above the line and below the line), onboarding, and customer success. I’ve worked across B2B markets including SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.

There’s no part of the marketing journey I don’t love or have deep experience in. I’m especially passionate about working closely with prospects, clients, sales and account management teams to make sure real-time market insights are constantly shaping the marketing strategy and execution.
